Carexis exists to reduce the friction between patients and the healthcare system.

We make it easier for patients to keep their appointments and for clinics to run on time—so access improves and providers can focus on medicine, not logistics.

The Problem

Patient no-shows and late cancellations create real strain for outpatient clinics. They waste provider capacity, disrupt clinic flow, and make it harder for patients who need timely appointments to get in. Over time, this erodes both access to care and overall operational performance.

The Carexis Approach

Carexis helps healthcare organizations improve scheduling reliability and clinic operations by:

  • Supporting patients with clear, timely, and respectful appointment communication

  • Making it easier to reschedule while keeping schedules full and predictable

  • Giving clinics better visibility into patterns of no-shows and late changes

Our approach is practical and workflow-aware. We focus on tools that fit how clinics already operate, help teams act quickly on at-risk appointments, and surface insights that support better decisions over time—without adding complexity for staff.
